On Ekādaśī, devotees avoid all grains and beans, and spend extra time chanting, reading and hearing about Krishna. Some fast completely, others take simple non-grain foods such as fruit, nuts, milk and vegetables.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are fasting for the first time, please fast gently and speak with your doctor first.
Every Festival Is an Open Invitation
Join kīrtan, hear the pastimes, honour prasādam and celebrate with the community. You can also sponsor a festival offering.
